The apartment was amazing and excellent with new-fashioned rooms, within walking distance of the beach. I greatly enjoyed the host. Location was perfect and central.

I absolutely loved my weekend stay! The rooms were modern and well-equipped, especially the high-spec bathroom. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The pool area was also very elegant and had lovely views. The location was great, being close to both the town and the beautiful beaches in the north. There were some nice restaurants and a small supermarket nearby as well.

The unreliable wifi connection. I only had it for a few hours on my second night, and it made it difficult to access important emails.

The Villa Albanis was a hidden gem! The host was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money. Will definitely be back!

Clean, new bathroom accessories. Big balcony. Close to beaches and bus station. Manager Stavros is kind and available. Cleaning service changed towels and bedsheets daily. Efficient check-in process. Beautiful mountain and sea views with trees and flowers.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with pool bars and a supermarket nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well, functioning showers and air conditioning. the balcony offers a nice view of the pool and hills. the staff is helpful and accommodating, with the cleaning lady ensuring a thorough clean every day. the pool area is well, maintained, with umbrellas and sunbeds available.

We had a fantastic stay within a short walk to the beach, tavernas, restaurants, and supermarkets, in a quiet area, and it was great to have a bus stop nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The owner was incredibly personal and warm, taking the time to answer all of our questions and ensure our comfort. The renovation of the place was top-class, with high standards and very nice rooms, beds, and amenities. We especially loved the super good shower and the fact that the internet worked fine. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with a nice little place for breakfast or takeaway next door, as well as a supermarket just down the road. The room was the kids' favorite on our entire trip. We highly recommend this place and send our best wishes to the friendly and nice owner ❤️.

villa albans was an amazing surprise on our city break in kolios. clean, close to supermarket and restaurants, great pool. the host and cleaning lady were fantastic. fresh towels and bedlines regularly. highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning villa! the rooms were spacious and modern, with a fantastic kitchenette and a market nearby. the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the value for the price was unbeatable. We hope to stay here again in the future!

the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. the shower and air conditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although there were no food or drink facilities on site, there were some great pool bars and a supermarket just up the road. This made it convenient and affordable to get everything we needed. the balcony had a nice view of the pool and hills, adding to the overall ambiance. If I ever return to Skiathos, I would definitely book this property again.
